Matt Cutt’s just released a new video talking about proper on site SEO strategy. The question was asked if you have to many internal links anchor tagged with the same keywords on the same page would you lose your rankings since the Penguin update? Matt goes on to talk about this tactic and how it won’t have a negative effect on how your website ranks online.
At Noxster we have to links on our homepage that are tagged “SEO Services” that lead to our “SEO Services” landing page. If we did that 100x however Matt Cutt’s did say that there can be some consequences for doing such a maneuver.
